Reporting to the Board, the CEO will be responsible for providing high quality health services that are cost-effective and responsive to government policy direction and community needs.  Engaging collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, the CEO will identify and leverage opportunities with a focus on providing outstanding client-centred care and services and driving an organisational culture that is respectful and cooperative with highly engaged employees. 

To be considered for this outstanding career opportunity, you will be have demonstrated competence in leadership and general management at senior/executive levels in the health sector.  Your experience will be based on a detailed knowledge of the Australian Healthcare Industry and ​current ​developments in MPS, hospitals, residential aged care, primary health and community sectors.  It will be critical that you can demonstrate an understanding of the role of the Health Service in response to community needs within a rural community.  A clinical background will be well regarded.
